I just placed an order. When will it be shipped?

Please allow 2 to 7 business days.

If the product is ready, it will be shipped and delivered as soon as possible.

If the product is not ready and needs to be custom-made from scratch, it will take approximately 30-50 days.

But don’t worry, this doesn’t happen all the time.

What is the shipping duration?

Shipping takes 7-25 days to all countries worldwide.

There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our shipping carriers face. For this reason, we do not guarantee exact delivery times; the delivery matter is the responsibility of the shipping company.

My item arrived damaged.

We ship every item with extra padding. Nevertheless, our customers report that about 1 in every 1000 products arrives damaged due to mishandling by the postal service.

If the damage is in the stitching, you can exchange it within 24 hours of receiving the order.

For items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any available items immediately and ship the pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as they are available. So if you ordered more than one item in a single order and received only part of your order, don’t worry, you will receive the other items shortly after.

Where is my order shipped from?

Orders are shipped from Saudi Arabia, Turkey, or China.

Are there taxes on shipping?

When goods are transported across international borders, shipments are subject to duties and taxes as determined by the customs authority in the destination country based on the value, origin, and type of goods.
